Things to do when you're feeling low (just in case)

well, just in case my mood goes down again, I can look at this for reference.
  1. Fill my stomach. Eat until gag
  2. Either watch a comedy or heart-wrenching movie
  3. Book a ticket to somewhere. Or to be realistic, plan a holiday
  4. Chocolate treat. Stuff all the chocos in your mouth
  5. Spend an hour in your variety store of choice,set yourself a budget and buy some junk
  6. Send a text to someone whom you dont know and say hello
  7. Pamper yourself. Mask,exfoliate,condition,scrubs,mosturise.
  8. Sign up for classes
  9. Go through Dictionary and find some fun/ridiculous new words to add to your vocab
  10. Eat Yan Yan!!!
  11. Write a letter to yourself in the future. Then hide it. Maybe in the pocket of a cardigan you never ever wear.
  12. Make a video diary and laugh at yourself afterwards
  13. Tell someone cute, you're cute.
  14. Take a nap with your head at the other end of the bed
  15. Tell someone everything
  16. Ask someone to sing you a song
  17. Believe that everything is always getting better
  18. Check out FML,MLIA or the dullest blog
  19. Read horoscope or play tarot cards although they give you false hopes
  20. Blast my speakers
  21. Check out blogs and tell yourself that other's live a life worst than me.
  22. Make a list of things you want to do to celebrate for the upcoming week
  23. Feel the sun
  24. Be optismistic, even if things doesn't turn out as what you expect
  25. Smoke
and if all this doesn't work,drink cough syrup or eat pills to kill myself.
